Smoke limiter map missed. If you do that map well, you reach your goal and even more then 130hp.

I think the maximum is 150hp for this engine. ( it is injector limit )

Torque limiter can be better,
Smoke limiter maxing out at 40mg
Boost target needs work,
Did you log this tune? You can do better.
