At 5pm and almost impossible to reach 3000rpm (128kmh). Somebody can tell me if the file has been changed and if it is done wrong. Thanks to all

Good afternoon, my friend BLACK this and file I believe original, that I managed to get out of the car, I bought this car a short time and I only say that I have done a reprogramming.
I just posted here to be able to know if my car does not accelera because of reprogramming or has another problem, I did not want to make anyone lose the time, people apologize for it.
