OBD Code P065E whats it mean?

Can anyone help with this OBD code P065E
I am reading it from a Siemans SID 201 attahed to a jaguar S-Type 2005 2.7D that is a non starter.

Also can any member help identify the part numbers on SID units

example:-
5WS40059H-T what does each digit mean partcularly the last two
I think 4R8Q-12A650-EF

I can find anywhere that these are listed, 12A650 seems to be the series but 4R8Q and EF???/

this information would help a lot of owners, also is there reference manufacturers??
as there seems to be several used on the same models

I think the code is related to the intake manifold valve? Not 100% sure though.

P065E in HEX = P1630 in DEC.
P1xxx - this is OEM specific DTC codes category.
For example:
MB - P1630 Drive Authorization, GM - P1630 fuel quantity solenoid valve....
For Jaguar - P1630 Internal Vref Malfunction. Probably ECU is broken.

P065E defines the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Performance (Bank 1), if the intake manifold passage (runner) the length of the top, the valve closing pressure waves generated will help the oil and gas mixture is introduced into the engine. The problem is the engine speed corresponding to the different optimal intake manifold passage lengths are different. Manifold tuning valve (MTV) role is the engine speed, the intake of different lengths into the intake manifold passage, in order to optimize engine torque at different speeds. This fault code indicates that the intake manifold tuning valve failure.
