Hello evryone my name is Adam.
So i've been upgradeing my 2000' Audi A4 B5 1.9 TDI AHH 90hp lately.
PD Pistons, PD intake, 11.3 Pump, 0.24 Nozzles, Straight pipe, Reinforced clutch, 550x140 intercooler, 1749va hybrid.
So im not a master at ECU tuning so iam asking for help.
The topic is. So we putted the bigger nozzles in but there is so much white smoke at idle, and at startings in first gear.
I've set the IQ in vcds to 3.6mg/str at 90C water temp, and raised the timing to 2.4 BTDC with 35% duty cycle.
There is still a lot smoke left.
Can somebody help me with the ECU calibration? With the N108 and the N146 maps?
I attach the Ori file, dont look at the rest of the maps, just please help me with the VE pump calibration.
Would be a huge help for me!
