You can help me in the right removing DPF?
I need to remove the EGR and DPF on my car Peugeot 807 2.2HDi Fap, but i can not do it correctly.
DPF I manage to uninstall correctly, after removing the car starts and moves well, but after removing the EGR engine is blocked.
I'm probably doing it wrong and wrong corrective Checksum.

Hi. You need to remove EGR electric valve and all will OK.

you can do it in many ways:

1. you can block egr at inlet with blanking plate
2. you can just take off the black vacuum pipe from egr valve that goes to vaccum electric valve - sure you have to put something in it that you do not having any "vacuum leaks"

3. you can disconnect vacuum electric valve

4. you can remove EVERYTHING about EGR and throw into the garbage...

if the egr off is made by switch.

now I mechanically deleted EGR valve metal gasket from the exhaust manifold.
removed the black vacuum hose from the solenoid valve and shut it altogether.
Wire from the solenoid valve I did not delete to ECU thought the EGR system works.
But now there are errors P0402 (EGR). P1429 (FAP). P1435 (FAP).
How do I get rid of these errors?
I now programmatically remove EGR?
