Hi guys. After long learning and reading i decide to remap my xsara picasso 2.0 hdi 90hp rhy with bosch ecu. Firstly i want to try only small increase of IQ. If it will OK and dont will smoke, maybe i will give him a little more. But i changed only fuel maps because turbo here is not controlled by ecu. :roll:

I changed Drivers wish maps, IQ limit by temp maps, Torque limiter and Smoke map(by MAF) but i am not sure about smoke map because i dont know directly by which MAF value i should change IQ. Only in higher or in lower little too? i am not sure.

I dont touch SOI because in IQ in axes is for 45 mg of fuel and want to inject 44mg of fuel. So i dont see a reason why to change it.
Not touched Duration maps because in axes of IQ is too higher value of fuel like i want and i dont want decalibrate it.
And i dont touched rail pressure too because of i think it is not needed for this little increase of IQ.
Turbo maps untouched (because Ecu not controlling turbo in this system) :roll:

According to torque limiter i inject maximum IQ Ori= 42mg and Remap=44,5mg. So its a light remap. If it will good i will increase it A little more.

I tried to use my brain and logic while i were doing it. Can i write it into my car? I am appreciated for every help and i hope somebody explain me my mistakes and help me. :| In attachment Ori+moded + mappack. Thank you guys

Temperature maps and accelerator pedal easily rises to 60 mg . And the torque can be up to 60 mg . A smoke then smoke adjust the map . Your changes are very small , not perceptible .

Ok i will try it and write how it works. And cant be very high EGT ? Its only small change but i am worried about my engine :shifty: Because i cant give him more air only IQ( and this engine have not Intercooler). I am newbie so i have not practical skills with it.

And here is my Stage 2 remap. I more open fuel maps. Somewhere in smoke map is AFR 14 or 15 but Torque limiter cover it. So AFR is 16 and + (In original file it is also like in that.). Now i should inject about 45,9mg in 1750-2250. Before it inject about 42mg. I hope somebody tell it is good or bad remap and shouldnt i worried about high EGT? or some other danger. Can i try write it into my car?

Hi guys. Here is file with better smoke map and fuel limiters by temp. So i hope it can be good. I increased IQ from approximately 41mg to 45,9mg. So how much gain in power it should be?

guys when i looked at my SOI map i see in last column for 45,925mg of fuel very low numbers for SOI. i think its extremely late (45,9 mg and about 6,5 ° BTDC?) :shock: and because i want use this 45,9mg in my remap i need to use this column. So exist for this paradox some inteligent explanation? But in my second SOI map look all OK. So where is problem? When ECU using first SOI and when Second? Or first is inactive? here is foto of first SOI

Ok guys problem is out a ultra mini little mistake in choosing SOI maps so start adress should be 72782 and i choose 72784. I am still stupid OK i agree with you :lol:

Today i writed my last posted tuned file and... It smoke little more but its in normal. Power is not very increased but it was expected. So when i will have time i give him more fuel(50mg) and try to more advance SOI in high IQ because of avoid high EGT, but i dont know how much advance it. 1° in max SOI?(From 19,5 to 20,5)?.And maybe more advance it in middle load for better fuel economy?
