Hi guys i posted this my topic second because in first nobody not helped me :| SO: After 2 days of remaping my picasso 2.0 hdi rhy 90hp i did something but i am not sure about it. It have mechanical actuator for turbo control so i dont touched turbo maps.
Changed: Fuel limit maps
Torque limiter (maximum 50mg)
Smoke map ( minimum is about 16,6:1) maybe will little smoke
Drivers wish
Rail pressure(IQ axis extended for 51mg and values increased)
Rail pressure limiter
I find 5 potential single value rail pressure limiters in each codeblock and 1 diagnostil SVRPL limiter. So i changed them to 1380bar.
SOI- extended iq axis for 51mg, and increased soi in this last column to avoid of high EGT and in some area for better fuel economy. This map i changed by percentage :oops: (I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS MY CHANGE, I WELCOME HELP IN REMAPING THIS SOI MAP VERY MUCH.)

What you think about this remap and explain me why you think it and help me with it? And my main question is: Shouldnt be high EGT or any other dangerous for engine?I know now is no end. I will improving this my remap in little steps. I welcome every help and advices, Its my first remapped car. Thank for every help and spent your time :)

Ok i writed it into ecu. Power increased only little but in mountain it is quite better. So torque is quite raised. In maximum load engine little more "knocking". Its probably because of more advanced soi and higher pressure in chamber. It is really very little knocking, so it is good or bad? Can it be dangerous or its normal?

No response to a safe amount of fuel . I did the maximum 86mm3 on 2.0hdi 110.
