After a long time researching, I think I'm ready to test the tuned file.

Disabled EGR with switch (tried with hysteresis maps first, it worked well), swirl flaps full open.

For now, I just increased 70->80mm3, stock duration map, stock SOI, +8% Rail pressure, +100mbar boost extended up to 4000rpm.
Lots of IQ limiters removed or reduced, Driver wish and torque limiter adjusted in base of IQ/NM map.
So now it should give 80mm3 between 1750-4000rpm.
Lowered lambda AFR in 800-1500rpm and 450-700mg to improve low rpm torque.
Attached ols file.

Previous logs show that IQ was limiting, 60mm3 @4000rpm, from IQ/NM it shows about 370Nm - engine losses 50Nm=320NM= about real 185hp not taking in consideration transmission losses. So I guess it produces +50Nm torque in real world, so the power at wheels is 185hp?
Now I expect it to stay at 80mm3---> maybe 220-225hp?

New version, driver wish maos remade, +15% at 70%, +30% at 80-100%.
Rail increased to 1776bar.
Torque limiter 500Nm 2500-4500rpm
Added 100mm3 injector duration, all limiters set to 90mm3 for now.
Some modification in lambda maps.

This last file doesn't work, did something wrong with the rail pressure limiter, the engine starts and stalls. Will update later ;)

By mistake I wrote 1790 instead 17900 on the rail limiter :D

This tune makes almost no smoke, barely noticeable on full load when the turbo spools.

Opps there was a mistake, since I exported the project and modified on other computer, now it's called "10004".
So I uploaded a totally wrong file. OOOK now its the good one :lol:

So bad, lots of views and downloads, no single answer. I won't upload latest corrected files anymore , why should I? :? :(
Now it pushes like a train, I got wheel spin even in 3rd gear, with 18" 235 wheels Goodyear F1 Assy3 :mrgreen:
I'm fine tuning N75 for better response and lower some boost spikes :think:

This tune is bad as hell, I found alot of mistakes.
However I won't update this due the totally lack of interest
