Are You sure, that 021C has nr 700/701? As I know, same ECU as described by A.Dutsov is 170/171. This is also 021C. I started modyfing them. It is 8-bit Bosch ECU with data in 27C512 EPROM's (696 and 697).

I quicly answer for me and another... 021AF from Vento AHU is completly another then 021C from Golf 3 1Z. AHU from MSA 12 should be the same hardware architecture as 1Z, so dumps from both should be similarity.. I compared 547 dump from AHU with 696 dump from 1Z and found many differents... Well, MSA12 in different ECU's are not similarity. Could someone confirm that? In fact, 021AF described and attached in beginning is 8-bit dump..

To confirm, that this AHU dump is 8-bit, attach few screenshots comparing 1Z and AHU. Algorithm data is completly another, but many map-data is the same...

Thanks for your answer! Yes, you're right, 700/701 version has 021B Ecu from Passat, Do you know SOI factor and offset for 8 bit ECU? After 1 day experiments, i give from Fill All SOI MAP to 0, and give 3.1 ATDC, Fill 128, and give 7.1 BTDC Fill 255, and give 17.4 BTDC. All measurings on 90 grad warm engine.

Hi there, I'm relatevly new to the forum and to remaping. Is there a program that will automaticly detect maps on a MSA12 ECU? I'm triyng to determine the maps on a '96 AUDI A4 with an 1z engine, ecu number is 028 906 021F.

Thanks in advance
Ivo
