I need some advise regarding a tune on ECU that I want to do on golf MK3 1.9 VP.

After read a lot of tutorials I think I only need to be sure that Im doing the right thing.
This are the tools that I will buy for the work.
1. Soldering station + air heater
2. Plcc32 to Dip32 adapter
3. Eeprom flasher CH341A
4. Sockets Plcc32
5. Chips AM29F010B

I think that's all to start the project, can you please confirm if I'm missing something?
