MPPS v13.02 to v16

Postby vmaksy62 » Sat Jul 12, 2014 9:51 pm

For Those who use MPPS v13 -it is possible to have V16 features in your v13. I tried and it works. Only what you need - just copy folders CHECK,DATABASE,DRIVES into your MPPS directory. DEVISE DRIVER folder - that is the driver for v16 cable. I have not tried if it works with v13. For security reason rename your old folders - in a case something go wrong.
YOU will get newest ECU checksums and drivers .

Also I ask for an advise:
- what means MPPS MENU option FULL READ - is it data/flash and immo data read or just only flash?
- does anyone got an error INCORRECT FILE SIZE while trying to write files with MPPS?
Thanks.

so i found this topic and dont want to make a new one....

i want to buy an mpps flasher, there are the 2 versions v13 and v16.
i dont really know the difference but i know the v16 is about 60€ and the v13 is about 20-30€.

what do you think is it necessary to have the new mpps v16 or is the mppsv13 enough for todays cars ?

so what are the main differences ?
