MPPS security acess

Hello, I'm was trying to read flash of VW T5 BUS 2.5 TDi 2008 and I got "Security Acess" fault.

I searched in some topics and find out that I should leave ignition for 30 minutes to avoid this fault?

Why is needed to wait? Because I have choosen bad ECU for first time? and then ECU triggers security system? :D

Next question ECU of 2008 2.5 TDi T5 is EDC16U31 ?
