Thank you Adrian. You are right I will invest in the gauge. While I'm waiting for my data logger and the gauge, I'd like to load the 210 jcw file, I'm told you have posted it but I cannot find anything when searching the forums. Would you be able to send me the 210 jcw or point me into the right direction to it?

and looking to improve the performance of my r53 2002 mini cooper s uk spec
mods are
17% charger pulley
373cc ford rs225 injectors
Janspeed exhaust manifold, milltech cat back non resonated Ton cat made from original exhaust,Grs motorsport intercooler cooler running bcr8es plugs
magancoil and leads

Ive just ordered mpps 1.6 and downloaded map from my car

could I load the JCW210 map to the car.

You sure those injectors aernt from an ST225? Thought the RS was different to the ST?, Those plugs aernt the correct spec so cant comment on those. And you sue the Mpps is 1.6 :/?
Yeah you can but just make sure that you use the correct software version so the maps both align correctly

Hello Everyone,
I decided not to open a new thread.
As a hobby I modified my 2003 mini cooper r53 with smaller compressor pulley (I made & install ~15% pulley). As a next step I want to adjust sw. I use a torque lite to for logging & AEM wideband.
With help of Adriancl posts I identified few maps and make a modification in base ignition map, “throttle map”, and fuel map.
As long as the first two seem correct (I can see changes in the logs), I have a problem with fuel. I started to suspect that I did not identified fuel map correctly. Despite the changes I made, I didn’t notice AFR change at WOT. Which is definitely too high, especially between 2000-4500 rpm AFR~13,5 goes to 12,5 at higher rpm. Would you please advice? Is the map correct?

Your ECU is Siemens EMS2K.
I saw your HW mods, SC pulley -17% and JCW 380cc injectors.You run with this mods and original sw???,If yes, is not the best ideea, because for sure you run too rich.Your stock injectors are 320cc.
Galletto or MPPS are only read-write tool, can't made diagnosis.Galletto need around 8 minutes for read, MPPS 2,5minutes, that because MPPS read only maps area.Writing back 512kb file with MPPS is 1,5minute.
Can't see directly AFR because your car have narrow bad Lambda sensor, need an AFR Gauge tool for that, I use one from Innovate.
Loggs and diagnosis can make with INPA cable,using INPA sw, also Testo sw using INPA sw.(only loggs), but on Testo can use External Source menu to connect AFR tool from Innovate,AEM,and can save logs as csv files.
Also can use ELM Bluetooth tool and connect with ScanXL Pro sw, can save logs as csv file or Graph.

Hi Adrian,

I see in your screenshot that your testo version is also supporting the ems2k ecu, can you please tell me where i can find this version or the right plugin so that i can log my mini r53? The standalone version that i have doesn’t support this ems2k ecu for some reason.
I am driving a mini r53 with oem works 200 kit with 17% pulley, opened jcw style airbox and new bosch 386cc injectors but trying to get a descent log because between 1000-3000tpm it looks like it is running to rich, i allready have a file with adjusted injector scaling but still doesn’t run optimal with it so i want to do some logging.
