Mercedes vito 112cdi, tuning info needed

Postby 406shane.v » Tue Jan 29, 2013 12:26 am

Hi,
I've been tuning my Subaru forester through ecuflash and romraider and
I would like to start tuning my Mercedes vito.
Which software would be best to view and modify the map in it?
Is there a specific way I need to do things to be able to read-write to the ecu?
On the Subaru, I need to connect 2 terminals under the dash and ive read that other cars have to have a fuse pullled
To allow access to the rom and i was wondering if my vito will have something like that,
Any info would be great
Thank you, Shane

AS a beginner get winols and a damos file. that will Id maps for you. a basci MPPS or kess will allow you to read write safely, Always make sure the checksum is corrected
