Mercedes MD1 W213 200d Injection max limit 100

Hi,
I try to find what in this car makes problems after injected over 100mg. Everything is fine with 99.9mg but if go over that car starts pump /flow torque up / down in lover rpms. After that car give also dtc under boost and go limp. Anyone can help me or have had same problems.
