MB Citan SID310 - DTC Table help

Hi.

I have a MB Citan from 2017 with a 1.5DCI engine and SID310 controller.
I'm looking for the DTC table but I can't find it.
DTC Mask I found starts at 245CBE
this is a 16Bit LO/HI 8x589 map.

Could someone help me define the DTC table map correctly?

There are two tables. Disabling errors does not solve anything in this type of ECU
