Mazda BT50 EDC16 Speed Limiter Map Location

Hi,
does anyone know the map location / address of the speed limiter map on a Mazda BT50/For Ranger EDC16? It's a 3.0 4WD version which I understand has the speed limited to 160, where as the 2WD version is not speed limited.
