Hi Everyone!
As soon as I bought my PCM Tuner the first car to be tested was my personal car, a Megane IV 2017 1.5 dci 110hp. I bought the map from one of the many sites on google that promise to gain 25hp in my car.
I would like to make sure that changes have been made to the map and that these changes are really effective.
I feel that the car even improved something but it doesn't seem like the promised 25hp.
When I bought the map I still didn't know this forum which I have acquired a lot of knowledge.
Could someone verify that this map was made as promised? I still don't know how to do this and I'm looking to learn.
My intention is not to expose the site where I acquired the map, I will not disclose the name, but only to know if the potential has been reached or if I can still look for something even more in stage 1.

what makes you think you don't have +25hp power? you measured acceleration before/after with dragy?

it seems the main torque maps are effectively upped. you can see an example of the pedal map and of the indicated torque map. they are generously upped in al revs range, specially in high revs.

teorically you have 27,3 CV more seeing the curves.

but maybe at full load (beyond hard point of the pedal) you have some more power. Difficult to say howmuch exactly because the injection-torque maps are also modified.

EGR are also cutted


However, there are things that I don't like and that I would have done differently. ;) For example, they have removed temperature safeties, etc...

and there are things that have not be modified, for ex. upper richness to better driveability or better accelerator pedal feeling.
