Login/password reset/administrator contact

I had an issue with the first account i opened (generalemail).
My password was not accepted then I reached the maximum number of retries of login.
I tried to have my password reset or resent but I recieved an error saying I was not authorised to have a password rese :D nt.

I could not see a way of contacting the board without opening another account

I then opened another account (generalemail1)
I cannot find a way to log in to my original account now or reset password.
I would like to renable my original account (generalemail) and then delete this second account.

Please could a moderator/administrator help?

Hi, send us desired password for first account, we will set it up for you, than you change it to whatever you want.
We do not know what you did or where is the issue, we can change your password...

I had a similar problem, although I didn't exhaust the number of tries. I did not receive the email after first registering, but I registered correctly because if I try to register again using the same information, I get a message saying that the email address is already in use, and the username is already in use. When I try to login, the system says "Contact an administrator", which you can't do unless you can log-in. Now that I am logged in, there's no "Contact" link immediately obvious, hence this post.

How do I activate my original registration (I have used a yahoo account which I don't often look at for my second registration)?

Hi,
sometimes mail is filtered with receiver email provider,
in that case post the username and we will activate it manually.

I originally registered with the username Phil16v. I turned off the spam filter on our domain server, and there's no sign of any email from ecuedit.com, so I've no ide where it went.
