Lexus IS220D 2006 DPF OFF

Hi everyone

I need to remove the DPF from my Lexus IS 220D 2.2D
ECU: Denso 175800-7702
Engine: 2AD-FHV
SW 89663-53355-
SW upg: 35335500

Do I need to disconnect any sensors? DPF fuel injection?

If I download this, would it work on my brother's Lexus 220d car?
