Lancia Phedra 4HW EDC15C2 FAP OFF, but P1421

Hello,
I have bought Lancia Phedra with previously applied FAP OFF (as I'm told).
I have opened it using DaVinci and there seems to be no support for FAP and P1421.
I do not know, if FAP OFF was correctly done previously, How can I check it safely? And correct if needed?

I have also tried to remove/disable DTC P1421 with DTC remover. But Error appears again. With both sensor connected or disconnected.
Any idea?
