I have an BFC from A6 C5 audi, 163cv.

I moded my setup 100 times, and in VCDS in torque limit I have an 70mg/s.

But I don't feel that power, car goes better but not as ferrari :D :mrgreen:

Here is my ori and moded file, I change only code block 1012 because on that codeblock when I close EGR that work...

Please can you check did I raised correct IQ limiter, becaouse I don't have an good damos for winols and don't have an full program. I have only demo.

you got any success ?
Looking for IQ Limiters too in my EDC15 2.5 TDI BAU engine.

Look for 65535 50 and 50 65535, change them all..

Trying to roll up that thread while there are no real news. I changed all the 65535 50 and 50 65535 values to 60 and everything else accordingly but the car does not feel like Lamborghini.

In logs everything works as it shoul (even before these mods) but there is no real improvement. Im running 60mg straight till 3500. 2500mbar boost. I also added some degrees on SOI for the last column. To achieve higher SOI I also raised a SOI limiter by Boost.

I will add my file ori + mod and a Mappack. Maybe there are some other 2.5tdi Guys out here looking for the grail :D

At high RPM I see duration in logs going up to 70 degree CR. Anyone knows what are these values? if it would be the real duration EOI would be around 60 degree ATDC. I dont think that these are real values :D Maybe they are the half of that because of cam to crank ratio?

I own a Audi A4 V6 TDI from 2002 with AKE engine.

My ECU has been modified by the previous owner, but it has not been done correctly.
It's the first time I mod maps, I'm not sure to do it correctly.

The maps I've modified are
- SVBL (from 2300 to 2800)
- Boost target (up to 2430 mbar)
- Boost limiter (up to 2750 mbar)
- Torque limiter (up to 70mg/str at 3000rpm)
- smoke limiter (up to 65mg IQ)

Is that 50 mg value you mentioned only for 4-cylinder engines, or is it the same for V6 ?
Looking at the logs, my injected quantities (IQ) are rising to 60 mg even though the target value is higher; perhaps that's where the problem lies?

In my dump, WinOLS found 7 occurrences of "65535 50" and 2 of "50 65535".
I did not find any occurrences with values ​​between 51 and 70.
However, in my logs, the IQ values ​​go up to 60.2
How is it possible if there is a IQ limiter at 50mg ?

If you’re not limited by these 50mg don’t worry about that. It means that ECU doesn’t care about that limiter. As for your 60mg limit:if your requests in other maps are bigger,could be IQ limiter by MAF or MAP.
