So.. where to start.. I have had cars mapped / tunned for some time.. I am from the UK so MAX Power mags were my life, going to car shows etc, so much so that I wanted to start to get into tunning myself.

Then some time back I bought a Kess V2 and then.... life just took over, I had kid(s) bought a house... higher paid job.. bought fasters cars that didn't "need" a tune.. until now.. where you know... having a sh*t box with a tune on it, just brings joy into my life again.

Recently a friend asked me to read his car, so fired up a laptop, VM'd windows 10 on it, installed Ksuite.. and read the car... of course he wanted me to write a new map to it. Not having access to funds (sorry he couldn't really afford for someone else to do it).. and the advent of AI.. I started thinking.. Maybe I CAN learn this now... I can do it... Im not looking to get into bench tuning, but If I can read and write an ECU.. maybe even just pay for someone else to do a couple maps.. then why not.. Maybe I am being naive.. but I guess you don't know unless you try.
