Immo off - Bosch ME7.5 (VAG, VW, Audi)

Postby nogaro » Fri Nov 27, 2020 3:03 am

Hi everyone.

My 2002 Audi TT ECU died and I have bought a replacement.

How can I disable the immobilizer?

I have a working VCDS and KKL cable and can also install additional software if needed.

First add a post in "Introduce Yourself" then just copy the eeprom from old one to the new one

Introduction done, thanks :)

I have a KKL cable that works with VCDS.

What software do you recommend for reading and writing through OBD?

Thanks,

For cloning this ecu you need soldering skills.
Unsolder the 8leg eeprom and read in a programmer, then write the data to the new ecu.
Both ecu's need to be the same model including all the numbers

If your still needing help on this, I would love to help and point you to the right direction. I have done many of these and have Yet to unsolder one.
