Hi folks! I wonder how to set rev limitter on my Leon 1.9TDI ALH. I've made a really good remap, activated launch control at 2.500rpm, and now I wonder how to set the hard cut? Any advises are welcome. I'm a newbie, but sometimes a get lucky.

I got lucky with the remap(in 4th time ), with few tries it worked very well, after that I watched a video on YOUTUBE that show hot to set launch control... so that's how I got it.

I made it! In TL I've change axis's and set limit between 2rpm(for first test) and after flashing the ecu it was perfect. The effect was 95% like popcorn on PD engines. Thanks guys!

did the same on my 1.9 tdi ahf with standard exchaust only no cat but it sounds like shit, the exchaust does make alot of difrence i think. I only used TL no timing cut

Here is an example how I made it for "Adryano", you modify it in order to cut at the ending for a small gap for example.

At 4750 rpm you put 60mm3 of fuel,
At 4800 rpm you put 0mm3 of fuel.

This will bring you a rev limiter, for my remap works god 50 rpm gap because the limiter is set at 5450 rpm and sounds decent quite loud

Yep, for sure it sound great at your Peugeot. But... its HDI and the reil system works on about 1800bar - our TDI VP - 180-220bar
On PD 1.9TDI(pumpe-duse) with gap of 1-2rpm it has a lot of banging and popcorn from the exhaust.
All comes from the fuel system pressure
On vp is almost impossible to make popcorn limitter/hard cut etc.
