How do I inject PIN into EDC15C2 ECU?

Is it possible to inject a PIN into an EDC15C2 3 plug?

I'm replacing a faulty ECU and do not have a copy of the original BIN file.

Engine starts with a IMMO file but have Immobiliser Faulty message on the INFO screen

2002 C5 Citroen
2l Hdi
524k file

I have tried IMMO Killer, VOLTA and a heap of other programs all have file size fault as programs are expecting a 1024K Bin file from a POST 2004 version.
