Just another noobie to ecu tuning.
I've spent most of my carrer as a mechanic so the need to progress onto more interesting side prevails.
I've a few projects here, a mk2 escort powered by a 2.3 duratec running cosworth tb's mated to a 6speed mx5 g/box, I've got mega squirt setup for this but not fitted it yet.
Also a impreza wrx sti jdm import, version 4 ,
Came with all the goodies too like apexi power fc, apexi ecu,anti lag, this also needs mapping .
I have all software for both but need to understand the method...?
I'm just in the process of getting a bdm100 and stand with all clips.
I have galleto and kwp2000, as well as most diag obd tools for most vehicles.
I'm aiming at diesel side of mapping as I currently run a berlingo 1.6hdi 90ps.
I have other cars like 406 2.2hdi coupe,2x astra 1.7cdti 80bhp, I'd like to tune these also some for power some for Eco.
