Hi guys, im a student from the outskirts of london, studying motorsports engineering, well im about to (hopefully) graduate.
I figured it was time to sign up seeing as throughout my reaserch this year ive stumbled upon the site a good few times, and as i own an A3 TDI i quite fancy a go at remapping it myself.


For my final year project ive been comparing a virtual dyno against a DynaPack setup at uni, the problem is the uni wont let me use my car on it ( dont even get me started on the problems with the uni) and seeing as the VirtualDyno software (http://www.virtualdyno.net/) is free i figured ill see how close this is to a £60,000 dyno setup, the plan is if it can replicate runs with enough accuracy, i will use it to compare changes to the maps i make when its time to remap my baby ( the dirty derv really needs a service first)
