Hi everyone. After some long wandering through the net I got here.
My background is electronics and working within automotive domain - mostly IC related for braking applications. (quite at the forefront of the industry.)
I would like to make a step further and aquire enough knowledge to be able to make basic upgrades to Engine control units. Did not touch any yet. I tend to have a incremental and safe approach. (Braking is safety afteral :) )
If you have questions related to basic microcontroller functionality (Cores, memory systems, communication peripherals) I'll answer gladly - though sometimes with some delay. (my kids do not understand much of my excuses :) )

I hope to find here the information that I'm looking for for the sake of time saving. That all there is in the end.
