Help with defining 1 map and egr off EDC16C36

Hello I'm preparing a file, for Renault Traffic 2 2.0dci. I thing I should be close to ready. But I cannot define what is inside @1C4CBC (there are total of 6 ) but I can't grasp what is inside the Z axis. Initially (as shown) I though it is a rail pressure, but quickly I saw that I'm wrong. Can you please help me with defining the map. And if possible an EGR off solution.

Top axis divide by .01 - 5000 = 50 mg/st
