Help to calibrate Firad +120% on 1.9 TDI PD ARL

Hello, my name is Rober, I'm from Spain and I wanted to ask you a question.
I have a 1.9 tdi PD ARL with the following:

Turbo gt2265VKRL
Intercooler S3 Performance with all the piping in stainless steel 2.5".
Full 3" exhaust
Firad +120% nozzle
Intake 80mm
Ported intake manifold
EGR Removed
ARP cylinder head bolts
Single Mass Clutch Kit Sachs Performnace 700+nm
Oil Catch Can
Planned cylinder head and new tappets

I'm sure I'm forgetting something hahaha, but the question is how to calibrate those firad 120%, how to set the SOI and Duration maps.
I, for now what I did was to reduce the last column of the duration maps by 40% and calibrate the map with the differences that stock has between them. And with the SOI what I did was to calculate the EOI stock and apply it to the new duration.
But this is the first time I do a stage 3 with Firad nozzle.
I would be very grateful if you could help me with this. Best regards

Hello friend, I have seen that you have a previous publication from 2021 with the same engine with the same injectors, in the same way or those maps should serve as a reference.
