Please can somebody help me?

I have uninstalled my car alarm from my Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6hdi 2008 reg by using Lexia 3 and now I cannot install it.... Don't ask

It goes through the motions of installing and right at the end it says download unsuccessful or something like that and then it says about communication lost???

Can anyone help me please?

I have tried several times to no avail?

I am using diagbox that links me to lexia 3, theer is a communication error and I cannot install the alarm?
