You must first unlock the ecu.

Yes ,unlock ecu by Fgtech or Kess, then can be read by obd. There is a solution to unlock directly in EEPROM on programmer but eeprom its on the back side of the ecu and its dangerous to force pcb to get there.
If someone have a solution to open back side of ecu read the 95640 please help
