Help, how to find maps?

Hi everyone, i read the examples for finding the maps with 1.9TDI and when i open another file E46 or CDI , i can not finding maps. Using Winols and try to find maps in 2D graph, everywhere give this tips. Can anyone help me or give more tips to find the maps. Thanks in advance and sorry, my english is not very good!
