Help for EDC15 SW modifications

Can someone please advise which program is the best for getting started with ECU modification? EDC15 EDC16 mostly. For now, I'm using EDC Suite. if possible with a link in messages or here, I don't do it to make money.. :) THX :)

For EDC16 use WinOLS
