Help! Enable GRA

Hello Anyone, i hope i can get some help here! i am looking to activate the GRA_high in my polo 1.6 tdi CAYC "stage 1"(i think). ass the golf, passat, touran etc with the same engine have the future in the tacho so it is possible to watch the set speed! can anyone please help me locate where i have to watch and change? i am looking like an idiot right now.. pleease help! and many thanks!! i have attached my file if it can help? thanks guys!
