Help clone PSA Med17.4

Hello everyone, inlife I cannot clone this PSA Med17.4 ecu, both ecu hardware number & bosch number are same. After clone engine will start but run unstable and no throttle response. I try manual telecode with diagbox but it don't accept coding.
Attached are eprom of original ecu & another is read after clone.
Anyone can help me please

I read ecu on bench with Galletto by direct connection. After transfer all eeprom & intflash file, it start but have problem I describe.

Do you have pinout of bdm for this ecu ? I can't find any documentation to bdm it, it's tricore TC1766 mcu, only boot mode I could find.

Please correct me if I am wrong, bdm read & boot read makes different ?
