Car has Bosh Me 7.5 and a K03s Turbo, for a few months ive been reading and reading, and some more reading, i managed to increase its power a bit trough WinOLS, it does feel a lot faster than factory, Boost wise its around 13Psi where when i bought the car wouldn't go past 7
I got it running a 12.05 AFR at WOT and i have no knock whatsoever, no timing pull or anything, but i know there is still a lot to learn.
I have also been slowly bringing him back to its former german glory, New Timing Belt, tensioners, water pump, has a new Radiator, silicone coolant lines, Metal Flanges as the plastic ones broke, new thermostat, Silicone PCV piping, Did Cat Delete, SAI delete, N249 Delete, Evap is still in there, and i plan to keep it, Also has a new 120 amp alternator as i do plan to get heated leather seats .. what else, ah, i also pulled the oil pan out, cleaned a lot of nastyness out of it, and replaced the oil pickup tube that was getting clogged, overall in 2 years the car runs better, harder, faster, stronger :D Last month i also Pulled the 312mm discs and caliper carriers out of an audi S3 and upgraded from my front 288mm discs, it also brakes better now
I hope i can make some friends here, and hopefully achieve my goals in my golf.
