I am new to ECU tuning, however have been playing aound with MED9.1 for my Cupra Stage 2+ for half a year now, and things are going good, hoping to learn new stuff.

I also have a Leon Cupra 2010. It currently has an unknown stage 1 map on it. VCDS suggests it running about 300 bhp and 310 ftlb of torque. I am somewhat new to the Bosch ecu's but have built some knowledge tuning my other toys on aftermarket ECUs. Namely Power FC, Nistune, and now Megasquirt. I'm am nowhere near playing with the map on my car but I am interested to learn more about the ECU. Also going from port injected MX5 turbo (my current track toy) to direct injection on the Cupra (daily drive).
How far have you got regarding reading tuning the ECU file? Have you bought the hardware to read/write yet? If so what, and What editing software are you using?
Ive only had the car several weeks so far so not had much time to play with it too much. Just sifting through the mountain of info on the Bosch ecus.
