My intake air temperature sensor is not working due to the ground running back to the ECU is out. The ECU is sending 5 volts to the sensor but the return ground is out. I need to keep the vehicle in service for a little while and ask if anyone knows if I ground the sensor to the body of the car will it harm the ECU?
