On bmw 136 you changed 110 and 115? Did you pplied 273 factor? Is imposibble, its working for sure.
And guys, another thing now discovered and tested.

I made these days a lot of tests for WARMING UP TIME with and without EGR.
Started from 20 degrees, same period of day , run some kilometers(i have a building in my zone and i calculated that distance).
With and without EGR the conditions are the same..warming up the same until 50 degrees, and it seems that without EGR the warming up is faster until 65 degrees but maybe was just because i started air conditioning a little bit for windshield..thats it.
I decided to buy a EGR bypass valve, to eliminate that piston which is resitricting the intake air.

I went back to the stock file yesterday and noticed that in the morning when engine roughness is started at startup. And as you noticed juice I also warmed up the car faster. I can not understand myself.

BLOCK TOTALLY EGR ON BMW 136 HP.That.s my result after tone of tests.
And when i mean tone, i say hundred of km, WITH and WITHOUT EGR :)
Egr is not ok for ours cars.

Hello. I am very interested in the atmospheric pressure and RPM (725-735 and 700) - This is a lower limit to disable EGR? In Europe, the atmospheric pressure is about 760 mm Hg. Art. = 1013.25 hPa. So you can try to raise the pressure or RPM. This is my assumption. I'll try to check. Thank you

Increase 900 to 1100 and 880 to 1080. That means EGR will open only when will be achieved 1100mbar..well. almost never i think, of put 1300 and thats it.

Car Fiat/Alfa
Engine 1.9 EGR DPF 2009r diesel witch lambda sensor.
EDC16c39.
EGR off witch hysteresis and 1CAC4E - 0
Egr total close, with pieces of metal.

Driving in city, engine av 1500-2100rpm.
Result -> after closed egr fuel consumptions is more about 0,8 liter per 100km.

My idea:
After closed egr is more air, and lambda is changing IQ fuel. Is more air so must by more fuel for correct lambda.

Are you agree with me ?

I thing to change lambda map, but I am still thinking it is correct.

No, i don't agree.
EGR will take away NM torque and combustion quality.
Look here real time measurement with sensors everything made in lab

With increase of EGR, torque goes down also NOX goes down, this is the main reason for EGR and as you can see, nox goes to half of initial value, a lot

Ok,
Torque is falling down when egr is opening.
But what is the fuel IQ ?
CAR without lambda , all is clear.
But why, when car ex. stilo 1.9 multijet 16V , after closed egr has more fuel consumption ?
This is not only my observation, a lot of peoples.
Only with lambda sensor.

Anyway fuel IQ is constant, for same IQ, torque is lower, well to obtain torque X Nm you need less fuel without EGR than with EGR.
Fueling on diesel cars is given by the pedal, you get as much you push.
Lambda or smoke maps or other maps, are just limiters to cut your fuel and dont allow instantly too much fuel until there is enough air to burn clean. Are you sure you made EGR totally off properly and didnt calibrate anything else? Some ecus adapt strange strategies of timing or other parameters after EGR is off.

My egr is off by :
1)hysteresis = 0
2) 1CAC4E =0

And rail (main map) is up +50Bar.
Nothing else.

Now is cold outside (temperature about 5 ) before was almost 30.
Maybe this is main reason why engine take more fuel.
