a friend of mine bought a file over the internet.
Now my question is this a good file?

This is NOT a tuned file.

This is just beginners practice run from somebody who changed(copied) few maps from other tuned file or it is a 20 min "tuned" file for 50 euros :D

It a real waste of time.

Yes this can be one of the 3000+ tuned files from a CD for price of a packet of chewing gum.

No one that have paid good amount of money for a good tuned file will never give his file for free to somebody else.

he paid 75 euro's...

wil it increase some power on the engine or not?

There is no way that you did not try the mod file already, so you must have seen if is good or not.

Hope your friend has good mechanic.

We have not tried the file due to a broken cable in the MPPS.
There was a break in the cable.
Now I made it with a different cable.
Now I'm going first three cars to test him with some reading before I start writing.
if it bothers you, I get next week galletto 1260 inside.
what do you recommend me?

I`d reccomend to find some experienced tuner near You and not risk with damaging ecu or engine if You don`t have knowledge or tools.
