help st1 + egr off touran 2.0 tdi 140cv

Good afternoon friends, can anyone do an EGR off and ST1 with a hardcut at 4800rpm? My car is a VW Touran 2.0 TDI 140hp BKD engine, new clutch. My ECU is 03G906021MP.
