Hello can somebody check if I did good egr off for golf mk4 1.9 tdi 74kw
Problem that started happening after egr delete , there is boost dip from 3k to 4k rpm and the car is
making only 87 hp(65kw)
(Changed all vacuum hoses,N75,smoke tested intake,cleaned VNT, adjusted turbo actuator for 60-80% utilatization in 3rd gear
pull from 1500 rpm to 4000rpm.

hi, you only have deleted 2 DTCS, 17570 and 17810, for egr off in this file you can:

4C116 - 13x16 - EGR Map - Set all to 850 mg
5C116 - 13x16 - EGR Map - Set all to 850 mg
6C116 - 13x16 - EGR Map - Set all to 850 mg

55ABA - 20x1 - EGR Hysteresis - Set all to 0
55BOE - 20x1 - EGR Hysteresis - Set all to 0
65ABA - 20x1 - EGR Hysteresis - Set all to 0
65BOE - 20x1 - EGR Hysteresis - Set all to 0

So the egr wasnt turned off properly ?
Could you turn egr off so I can compare what i did wrong.

EGR Hysteresis does not need touching on EDC15P, only set EGR map to max
