Golf mark IV TDI 1.9 ASZ 131 HP 96KW Tuned file. (Rate me!)

So i've been running this DIY tune for 3 months so far no issues no blown turbo no clutch slipping no black smoke and good power upgrade over stock 131 i need you guys to take a look what should i improve maybe IQ ot SOI stock pd 130/150 nozzles stock turbo stock cooler decat and egr delete only for now :twisted: hmm and i lost my logs form vcds and original file i will try to find them too.
IQ Max is 70/72 mg currently max boost is 1.55 bar and absolute 2502.I don't know should i change my boost target map IQ from 50 adn 55 to 60 and 70 mg.

You should post also your original file.
Anyway, what you want to achieve? Everything looks good, if want more power you must use durations play a little with lower values. Also smoke map could be better!
Turbo map, I normally change last column from 55 to 60mg and increase a little (keeping this in mind 2400mbar abs. @4000rpm) and give also a little more juice in 45mg column higher rpm range.

This are my thoughts.

Had a quick look.
DW you only need to change last column(s), not necesary to change everything.
TL is oky, but you request less in TL than in other fuel maps
SL looks fine
Duration look oky, but i would have stayed with the original 60mg values and just extrapolated to 75mg in last column, because you are asking for more than 70mg in other maps.
you missed fuel volume correction
Boost request looks fine and safe
Boost limit is safe and fine
SOI, i wouldnt have bothered changing it, but you can test and see if you get some good results, perhaps like better fuel economy, added torque etc. but it could also have negative effect. just be carefull when tuning SOI
Any reason why you changed SOI limiter? and how did you calculate it? not generally a good idea to play with that especially if you dont have much knowledge about it.

Overall, not to bad mate. looks fine. There is definitely room for more power, but it will obviously mean pushing the components harder. :thumbup:

Hello guys,

So how you do the duration extrapolation?
I use for myself to see how much bigger the requested amount of fuel than the desired one.
F.e.: 70 mg is required, and 60mg present in the table.
70/60=1,1666 it means need to raise 16,66% of all values of the 60mg row. Attached the picture from it. Is it correct? :)

By the way I have one more question:
Which map is the fuel volume correction?
Why need to be changed?
