After uploading the file, the car did not start. Checksum is calculated by mpps v18. Apparently I have a mistake, but where is it?

Many things wrong with your MOD:

checksums wrong
Missing Drivers Wish
Torque Limiter wrongly adjusted
EGR wrong way to delete, need to switch off by EGR Hysteresis
Strange change at $EDFBC

etc.......

I've fixed Torque limiter so at least you get some HP ;)
