Golf 5 2.0 TDI, BKD, shakes at idle

Postby lux.4 » Tue Sep 05, 2017 12:03 pm

Hi all!

I have a problem with my 2005. golf 2.0 TDI, BKD. The problem appears when car is warm, at operating temperature, and it manifest as shaking on idle.

There is now visible RPM changes on cluster (nedle drop, or something) but with VCDS, in advanced measuring values you can see that rpm-s drop from 840 r/min to 819 r/min and back, and so on...it shake when drop to 819 r/min. If it could help, i can log some more parameters and post it here (just say which one :D )

When i press the clutch, there is no changes, it continue to shake, so i'm assuming that DMF is not problem, but when i turn on AC, the shaking stops. :problem:

I found on the internet that problem should be solved with adaptation of idle RPM in VCDS, some say to lower and some say to increase it

So my question is, if anyone of you had car with same problem, and solved it? And how?

Here is my ORI file if it can help...

Thanks
