heres my golf 5 1.9tdi 105 its my first attempt at remaping it
i have modified
dw
tl
boost
extended duration maps to 85mg via excel
extended tq to iq map via excel
still havent done smoke limit via map yet i just put 70 in just as a very rough guess i havent found the formula to work it out on excel thanks for looking and any feedback good or bad

DW - overkill, no good, only last one or two columns need changing
Torque Limiter - only one pressure changed
EGR Hysteresis - only need to zero 2&5, not all
EGR - If you are using EGR Hysteresis then you leave this alone

This is a terrible tune, don't load it to the car..

hi thanks for the feed back i didnt relise i had zero all the egr maps.
and i only modified the first row in torque limiter because i live beside the sea and tryed to match the pressure
started again from scratch hope this one is better

EGR is a joke, don't zero every map, it's not how to do it.
EGR Hysteresis maps 2 and 5 ONLY, not all of them!

Don't zero these maps:

"$192F6C";"EGR";"13x16"
"$1931B0";"EGR";"13x16"
"$1C6350";"EGR";"13x16"
"$1C6594";"EGR";"13x16"
"$1C67D8";"EGR";"13x16"

It's a mess, don't upload it to the car.
