I have a Golf Mk4 1.8T 150bhp, it's starting to fall apart and rather than just scrap it I've decided to rebuild it and learn about mechanics in my spare time. One thing that comes up time after time on the forums is "remap your car for better bhps and efficiency". I have an IT background and thought that ECU tuning is something I could learn. Maybe, maybe not but I will give it a try :)
