Front fan unplug when read/write ECU?

Front fan unplug when read/write ECU?

Hi folks. I just wanna know... Can I unplug front, in this case (visco) fan jack when I read/write ECU.
I ask because power is falling down under 12V (11,5) when I read/write ECU.
Charger is connected correctly every time and it's working fine.

Yes you can disconnect Fan
